Related to Organizers and Participants
This is to inform you that the company doesn’t set refund policies on behalf of the Organizers or participants. It’s the responsibility of the Organizer to speak its refund policy to Exhibitors or Participants and to issue refunds in accordance therewith. Consequently, Exhibitors’ or Participants’ requests for refunds ought to be directed to the various Organizer and in no scenario shall be directed to the corporate. Any refund-related problems or disputes shall be strictly between the User and therefore the Organizer; the Company shall not be to blame for any refund-related claims in association with event services; and therefore the Organizer herewith agrees to compensate, defend, and hold harmless the company in association therewith. Within the event, if an occasion is off or delayed by the Organizer for no matter reason, the Event Organizer or Manager Company can arrange to refund the quantity or stall rent as per the policy of their company. Stall cancellation provision isn’t obtainable with StallBook for any participant. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any application supported by its absolute sole discretion while not assigning any reasons.

Related to StallBook and Organizers / Participants
In case of will cancellation or postponement of the event, the fee paid by the Event Organizer isn’t refunded as advertisements are dispensed all long whereas until the date of data. Subscriptions sold to Organizers on a monthly or yearly basis are once more non-refundable however inbound cases as mentioned below, the management can recheck the opinion. If the organizer moves to another country or just in case of death, the participants, the subscription fee is totally non-refundable.
